School

Shown under the school name on parents' phones and the sign-in page. Leave blank for none.

IANA name, e.g. America/Chicago. Decides which calendar day a pickup belongs to and how times are shown.

7 to 365. Pickups older than this are deleted by the nightly purge.

The board highlights a card in amber once it has sat in one status this long.

Shown to a parent whose link is missing, so they can call you. Leave blank to show no number.

School crest

The school's logo, shown beside its name on every screen. Carline stays in the small print.

Crest on file

Parents and staff see it beside the school name. Upload a new file to replace it.

PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG, up to 1 MB. Square works best; it is shown at 28 to 64 pixels.

Demo mode

For walkthroughs. While on, anyone who opens the site gets every screen with no sign-in: the office board, the loader board and any family's phone (from /demo). Turn it off before real families use the app.

Demo mode is ON. Every screen opens without a sign-in.

Retention

Retention runs nightly at 3:00 AM Central (08:00 UTC) inside the database and removes pickups, one-day overrides and expired parent sessions older than the number of days above.
