How it works
Pickup, one tap at a time.
Cars pull into the loop in waves and stop at the cones. Parents tap the cone they are parked at, staff at that cone bring the kids out and tap Loaded, and the office watches the whole loop live. Radios and hanging tags stay exactly as they are.

The loop and the cones
The Pre-K to 4th line is the short U off Dryer Ave. A wave of cars pulls in and stops at the numbered, coloured cones. Everyone loads, the wave leaves, the next wave pulls in. The app uses the same numbers and colours as the cones on the ground.
Nothing changes for a family that never opens the app. They queue, they hold up the hanging tag, staff load them as always.
