The whole loop, live, on one screen.

Each card is a car: family, the kids, the car, who is collecting if not the parent, and how long it has been sitting. A card that waits longer than the limit in Settings turns amber so someone looks at it.

Add ?wall=1 to the address and the board fills a TV with no menus, for the front office wall.

The line runs in waves. When every car in the loop is loaded and the wave is waved on, the office taps Clear loop. The loaded cars move to Done today and the columns are empty for the next wave.

No signal, no link, or the grandparent came with the hanging tag: the office adds the car to a cone from the board, and everything downstream works the same. Each card also has a menu to move it to another cone, mark it loaded or departed, or cancel it with a reason.

Families is the roster: each family's leadership, students, cars and authorized pickups. This is where the office hands out the family link, sends a new one to a new phone, or resets it if a phone is lost.

Roster imports the school's directory export once a term. Re-importing the same file changes nothing; families that left are deactivated, never deleted.

Zones are the cones: number, colour from the same palette as the real cones, and where each sits on the loop. Staff adds loaders and office users and assigns a cone to each phone. Settings holds the school name and timezone, how long records are kept, the amber "waiting too long" limit, the crest and slogan, and the demo-mode switch.

History shows any past day: when each car arrived, who loaded it, when it left, with search by family and a CSV export. A second tab lists every office action (links sent, settings changed, roster imports). Records are removed automatically after the number of days set in Settings.

Simulate runs a fake wave of cars through the loop so staff can practise the screens before a real pickup day. It exists only on the demo site, never on the live one.
